Learning and Developing Emotional Intelligence for More Success in Life

Emotional Intelligence is  the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

Why is Emotional Intelligence (EI) important? Many researchers have shown that IQ can only help you succeed only 20% in life where as rest 80% depends on your EQ.

In this workshop, you will learn how the  brain processes basic emotions. This will increase your awareness regarding why we react the why we sometimes do. This will also help participants  to understand the connection between emotions and body while recognizing those signs and symptoms. Discover tools to better manage our emotions and be more successful in every aspect of our life.
